Delta Workforce is hiring Quality Control Workers for a Plastic Mold shop in Portage, MI!

1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30 PM -Monday - Friday

3rd Shift: 10PM - 6:30 AM - Monday - Friday

Pay: $17-20 / Hour

Quality Control Worker – Portage, MI

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of plastic molded parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
• Document inspection results, identify defects, and report non-conforming items to supervisors for disposition.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks on the production floor to support consistent manufacturing output.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality procedures, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
