Quality Control Administrative Assistant

A Quality Control Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing all administrative duties for the QC Dept such as – but not limited to - maintaining QC records and reports, submission of data to outside agencies upon request, aid in the creation and management of departmental job aids and other forms, perform city/county record pulls, as well as share in the responsibilities of all departmental projects. Will also undertake assisting with the disclosure of mortgage loan file updates to the respective borrowers.

Schedule is normal business hours (Mon – Fri 8:30am-5pm EST). Entry-level, full-time position, typically an in-office environment. Company benefits are available.

Must haves: professional communication skills (both verbal and written); experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; the ability to manage a large amount of emails in a timely manner; strong attention to detail and organization; be self-motivated.
