Quality Control Analyst – Sales (Call Auditing)

Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Analyst (Sales – Call Auditing) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in auditing sales calls, ensuring compliance, and improving agent performance through structured feedback and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit daily sales calls
  • Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance policies, and sales processes
  • Identify errors in communication, sales approach, and customer handling
  • Evaluate calls based on quality standards and scorecards
  • Prepare daily and weekly quality reports
  • Provide feedback and coaching to sales agents
  • Identify mis-selling, compliance violations, and process gaps
  • Maintain accurate quality records and audit documentation
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to improve performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call auditing or quality control (sales environment required)
  • Strong knowledge of sales call flow and customer handling
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills
  • Ability to evaluate calls against quality and compliance standards
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Good communication and coaching skills
  • Fluent in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada
  • Good English communication skills
  • UAE/GCC experience preferred
  • Experience handling high call volumes is an advantage
