Quality Control and Client Representative

We are looking for energetic individuals to join our team in the Southampton, PA office!

We have an immediate opening for Quality Control and Client Representative dual staff in a fast paced, fast growing, INC5000 Nationwide Title Research and Due Diligence Company.

No real estate experience is needed, as extensive training is provided.

Responsibilities (may change based on the individual and experience; training provided in all areas):

1. Reviewing accuracy of completed title searches with risk analysis within the Quality Control Department.

2. Absorb and retain extensive knowledge based on training and apply to job functions.

3. Communicating with clients via phone and/or email to assist with their orders and/or deliverables.

4. Analyzing Excel spreadsheets of loan data to inform clients about potential risk(s) in loan portfolio.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Prior experience in customer service or related field: 2+ years preferred

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) as well as Gmail

· Highly organized multitasking individual who works well in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills

· Maintain professionalism at all times while working in the office

· Willingness to learn and to grow with our growing company
