Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented  Quality Control and Microbiology Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QC and Microbiology teams to ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements. 
• Oversee all laboratory activities including chemical and microbiological testing. 
• Drive quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Review and approve validation protocols, test results, and batch release decisions. 
• Ensure audit readiness and successful regulatory inspections. 
• Manage departmental resources, budgets, and team development. 
  
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field - MBA is a plus
• 12+ years of experience, including 7+ years in a managerial role. 
• Strong expertise in QC, Microbiology, and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing is mandatory. 
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
