Quality Control Associate

Position Summary

The Quality Control Associate is responsible for inspecting, verifying, cleaning, and preparing returned rental equipment after events to ensure all items meet company standards before being returned to inventory. This role acts as the final checkpoint between returns and warehouse storage, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and event-ready condition of all equipment.

The Quality Control Team plays a critical role in protecting inventory quality, preventing loss, and maintaining the standards required for successful event execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to inspect and assess product condition

· Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment

· Ability to lift and move equipment (50+ lbs; team lifts required)

· Strong accountability and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Experience

· Event rental, warehouse, or logistics experience

· Familiarity with rental equipment (tables, chairs, tents, décor)

· Experience in quality control or inspection roles

· High end, detailed finishing

· Carpentry experience a plus

BENEFITS

Benefits available for full-time employees after waiting period. Pay commensurate with experience and extra earning capabilities for overtime and double time pay.
