About the Role
StayCierge is hiring a Quality Control Associate to review and improve the performance of our customer support and backend operations teams. This is a newly created position with significant growth potential. The person hired will help shape our quality control processes from the ground up and may grow into a Quality Control Manager role as the company expands.
Responsibilities
- Review customer support conversations (Airbnb, Booking.com, SMS, email, and calls)
- Audit backend tasks to ensure SOP compliance
- Identify mistakes, missed opportunities, and process gaps
- Provide feedback and coaching recommendations to team members
- Maintain quality scorecards and performance reports
- Track recurring issues and suggest operational improvements
- Help develop and refine quality assurance processes
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to identify patterns, errors, and areas for improvement
- Organized and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools
- Previous QA, customer support, operations, or auditing experience is a plus but not required
