Quality Control & Contract Team leader

Job Summary:

The role is focusing on assisting in the implementation and monitoring of IT quality assurance frameworks and contract management processes , it also ensures that IT services, projects, and vendor engagements meet regulatory, performance, and contractual standards while driving improvements in IT service quality and vendor relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure IT systems and services meet compliance, security, and regulatory requirements .
  • Track and report IT quality metrics, defects, and improvement recommendations .
  • Assist in managing IT contract lifecycles , including drafting, reviewing, and compliance monitoring.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to contractual obligations such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs) .
  • Maintain accurate records of contract renewals, amendments, and performance reports .
  • Work with procurement and legal teams to review and optimize IT contracts .
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to IT quality control and vendor agreements .
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT, and other industry best practices .
  • Support internal and external IT quality and contract audits .
  • Work closely with vendors, IT teams, procurement, and legal departments to manage contract execution.
  • Support contract negotiations and vendor performance evaluations .
  • Ensure effective communication of quality control standards and contract terms to stakeholders.
  • Assist in implementing best practices for IT quality management and contract governance .
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in quality control and vendor management.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track IT service quality and contract performance .
  • Maintain records of quality audits, contract compliance reports, and vendor evaluations .
  • Assist in preparing reports for senior management on IT quality performance and contract effectiveness .
  • Ensure contract documentation is updated and aligned with regulatory requirements .


Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT quality control, contract management, or vendor governance .
  • Experience in IT service quality testing, contract lifecycle management, and SLA enforcement .
  • Strong background in risk assessment, financial contract analysis, and regulatory compliance .
