Quality Control Customer Service Representative (Korean-English Bilingual)

Position Summary:

Daewon America Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Quality Control (QC) Customer Service Representative to support customer communication and quality-related activities. This position plays a key role in responding to customer inquiries, coordinating quality concerns, and supporting internal quality processes in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer quality inquiries and concerns
  • Communicate with customers regarding claims, defects, and corrective actions
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Quality, Purchasing) to resolve issues
  • Prepare and submit customer reports (8D reports, corrective action reports, etc.)
  • Track customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain quality documentation and records
  • Support audits and customer visits as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Quality, Customer Service, or Manufacturing preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with automotive industry standards is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Korean)
