Qualifications


  • Graduated with at least an undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy and Materials, Aerospace, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Proficient in English
  • Team-oriented, with strong communication and representation skills, able to take initiative and make decisions
  • Skilled in interpreting measurements and measurement reports (preferably experienced in using measurement equipment)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and competent in ERP systems
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in ISO9001, IATF16949, and/or EN/AS9100 Quality Management Systems
  • Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in the automotive, defense, or aviation industries
  • Strong process monitoring and coordination skills


Job Description


  • Ensure that receiving inspection, process, and final quality control activities are carried out in accordance with quality control standards.
  • Ensure and control that process quality control activities comply with quality control standards.
  • Coordinate customer expectations within the company and with suppliers.
  • Plan with the customer, and if necessary, the aircraft manufacturer, for On-Site Control and First Product Inspection.
  • Ensure coordination between the customer and the aircraft manufacturer and follow up with On-Site Support companies.
  • Ensure that the parts used and produced in production are process-controlled according to the relevant control criteria, that quality control results are entered into the system, and that acceptance approval is given if the product meets the required conditions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring non-conformances, monitor controls, and attend relevant meetings.
  • Ensure that the inspection, testing, and measurement instruments used in quality control activities, as well as the tools used in the production area, comply with standards.
  • Participate in periodic meetings and finalize relevant actions.
  • Create and update relevant procedures, instructions, or forms, and coordinate with the assurance team.
  • Ensure that the expectations of aviation authorities such as EASA, DGCA, and FAA are met.
