Quality Control Engineer

We're currently looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Control Engineer to uphold the highest quality standards across our energy and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Perform material and equipment inspections before use or installation.
• Witness and verify testing procedures
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including test reports, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible during audits or reviews.
• Inspection and Testing Oversight logs: Establish testing schedules and ensure all materials, processes, and workmanship meet required quality standards.
• Monitor Compliance and Ensure Consistency: Ensure consistent application of QC practices across all project sites and departments.
• Lead Problem Resolution: Lead investigations into quality-related issues, root cause analysis, and problem-solving efforts.
• Supplier and Subcontractor Quality Management: Evaluate and approve suppliers, subcontractors, and their materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with Coordinate with the project management, technical office engineering, procurement, and safety teams to ensure that quality requirements are fully integrated into all stages of execution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant contracts, regulations, projects specs, codes, and quality safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 3-5years of proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer, with a strong track record in construction, contracting, and fit-out projects.
• Solid understanding of quality control processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD.
• Lead Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining high standards under pressure.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
