Quality Control Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products, materials, and processes meet company quality standards and customer requirements. The QC Engineer will conduct inspections, analyze quality data, identify defects, and work closely with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans
• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare quality reports, NCRs, and inspection documentation
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns
• Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations
• Maintain calibration records and inspection equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a QC Engineer or Quality Engineer
• Knowledge of quality management systems and inspection methods
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction projects
• Certification in quality management is a plus
• Knowledge of root cause analysis tools and quality improvement techniques
