Quality Control Engineer / QA/QC Engineer (ADNOC Projects)

Job Summary

KOREV Construction & General Contracting L.L.C. is seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Engineer / QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in ADNOC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction, civil, infrastructure, and maintenance activities are executed in accordance with ADNOC specifications, project requirements, approved procedures, and international quality standards.

The candidate must have a strong background in quality management systems, inspections, testing, documentation, audits, and quality assurance processes within ADNOC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP) and QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and Inspection Checklists.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party agencies.
• Monitor construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and procedures.
• Review material submittals, technical documents, and quality records.
• Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
• Ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained and updated.
• Conduct internal quality audits and prepare audit reports.
• Monitor testing activities and verify test results.
• Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports.
• Participate in client meetings and quality review meetings.
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures.

RequirementsMandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC or Quality Control.
• Extensive experience working on ADNOC Projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of ADNOC standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Excellent knowledge of QA/QC documentation and reporting.
