Quality Control Inspector

Summary:Ensure full compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) by conducting all incoming and outgoing inspections. Accurately execute lot starts for both development and production programs, and perform particle counts while recording and analyzing results.

Shift: 8:00am-5:00 pm (M-Friday)Responsibilities:

• Perform material and wafer inspections in a cleanroom environment
• Conduct incoming and outgoing inspections in accordance with SOPs
• Execute lot starts accurately and on schedule
• Record particle counts and maintain detailed inspection records
• Map and upload data into the Infinity SPC system
• Create and manage MES lots; coordinate wafer shipments
• Audit materials, processes, and systems for compliance
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and chemicals
• Evaluate product data and support product release decisions

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in clean room environment
• Hands-on experience using microscopes for inspection
• Good knowledge of interpreting, developing and improving written instructions
• Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO/TS 16949 quality systems
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations

Compensation: $22-$28 per hour.
