Job Description

Our company is currently has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Inspector. TDC is a custom machine builder that serves many diverse industries. These industries include Telecommunications, Automation, Robotics, Food, and Automotive.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands on experience
• Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections on machined and fabricated components
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM equipment
• Inspect welded assemblies for quality, fit, and structural integrity
• Identify and document non-conforming parts and initiate corrective actions
• Complete and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
• Work closely with machinists, welders, and engineers to resolve quality issues
• Verify material certifications and traceability
• Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain calibration records for inspection tools and equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
