Quality Control Inspector

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your expertise in quality systems and inspection tools, will help maintain the highest levels of product excellence.

Responsibilities

• · Conduct comprehensive inspections of fabricated steel products to ensure compliance with quality standards

· Perform visual and dimensional checks to verify the accuracy of fabricated components

· Inspect welding, cutting, and assembly processes to ensure adherence to industry standards

· Utilize various testing equipment to assess the strength and durability of fabricated steel materials

· Document inspection results and generate detailed reports for quality control documentation uploaded with Ipad

· Communicate any quality concerns or non-conformities to the production team for immediate resolution

· Collaborate with the shop foreman to implement corrective actions and process improvements

· Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company safety standards

· Maintain AISC Certification

· CWI Preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
