Quality Control Inspector

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our limestone quarry. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as slippers, sieves, scales, and vision inspection systems.
• Perform quality audits in accordance with relevant standards to identify areas for improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process deviations for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformances promptly and implement corrective actions aligned with quality management systems.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to established standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills

• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Ability to operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other precision measurement instruments effectively.
• Excellent data collection, analysis skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting of inspection outcomes.
