Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Aero-Tel Wire Harness Corp is a growing manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality wire harness and cable assemblies. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to help ensure our products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.

What You’ll Do

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting production operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspect finished and in-process products using measurement tools and industry inspection methods
• Compare production output to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Verify production processes follow required standards and procedures
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records and databases
• Identify defects, rework, and waste and help determine root causes
• Assist with developing inspection plans and test methods
• Support production staff on quality standards and best practices
• Monitor and verify calibration of inspection and measurement equipment
• Recommend improvements to production and quality processes
• Collect and compile statistical quality data

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic math and computer skills
• Excel proficiency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred:

• 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment
• Previous quality inspector experience
• Experience reading engineering drawings or blueprints
• Experience using measurement tools and inspection equipment
• MS Office proficiency

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
