Work Duties and Responsibilities:

Checks finished products, raw materials, and parts for defects.

Uses measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to test accuracy.

Makes sure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Finds problems such as cracks, dents, or incorrect sizes.

Records test results and reports issues to supervisors or engineers immediately.

Works with others like production teams to fix problems and improve quality.

Ensures all products follow Company policies and industry regulations.

Keeps inspection areas clean and organized.

Follows safety guidelines while working or handling tools and materials.

Completes inspection reports and checklists.
-
Tracks defective products and suggests improvements.

Maintains proper records for audits and quality reviews.

Uses the Company related software and applications professionally.

Performs any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
-
1-2+ years of experience.
-
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Experience using measuring tools and testing equipment.
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
