Job Summary
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for evaluating the performance of commercial cleaning subcontractors across client sites, ensuring service delivery meets contractual standards and client expectations. This role serves as the primary liaison between cleaning franchisee subcontractors and the commercial establishments they serve, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled and unannounced site inspections of commercial properties to assess service quality against established standards and contract specifications
  • Document inspection findings using standardized checklists, photographs, and written reports using laptops or tablets.
  • Meet regularly with subcontractor and to deliver performance feedback, address deficiencies, and recognize exceptional work
  • Conduct client-facing meetings with the appropriate contacts including facility managers, office administrators, and owners to review service satisfaction, gather feedback
  • Identify recurring quality issues and work with subcontractors to develop corrective action plans with measurable timelines
  • Resolve service complaints quickly
  • Maintain detailed inspection records and track performance trends over time
  • Escalate persistent performance failures to operations management with documented evidence
  • Serve as a professional ambassador of the company brand during all client and subcontractor interactions
  • Recommend and sell special services as needed
  • Assist in other operations responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing or quality assurance role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading one-on-one and small group meetings
  • Proficiency with mobile digital apps, digital reporting tools, and basic office software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for multi-site travel
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, to inspect sites during or after service shifts
  • Must pass background checks
  • Must have an associates degree in the minimum or equivalent customer service experience

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated record of proactively identifying subtle deficiencies
  • Demonstrated ability to take control of difficult situations through communications
  • Four year college degree
  • Interested in climbing the ladder and a long career with us.
  • Spanish speaker

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
