We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring product quality, supporting production, and maintaining a safe work environment.

This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. While your primary responsibilities are listed below, flexibility is key—you may occasionally assist with other plant operations as needed.

Shift Details

• Afternoon Shift (exact hours can be discussed during the interview)
• Overtime may be required based on production needs

What You’ll Do

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections throughout the shift
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, pin gauges, spectrometers, and scales
• Conduct layered process audits, dock audits, and incoming inspections
• Identify defects, perform sorting/rework, and issue hold tags for nonconforming products
• Assist with training new employees on quality standards and procedures
• Support production needs, including overtime when required
• Maintain and promote a safe working environment

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or Technical Certification required
• 1–3 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel; IQMS or Minitab is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to distinguish colors accurately
• Knowledge of quality systems and inspection processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
