Position Overview

The Quality Control Inspector inspects high-end, military-grade sewn goods — products that are designed, developed, and manufactured 100% in-house here in the USA. Each piece is made up of many components, and your job is to confirm every one of them is right in function, quality, and appearance. If a product doesn’t meet our standard, it doesn’t pass.

This is hands-on, detail-focused work for someone who takes real satisfaction in getting things exactly right.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished sewn goods and components against established specifications and quality standards.
• Function: confirm buckles, fasteners, closures, and hardware operate correctly and securely.
• Quality: check stitching, seams, bartacks, thread tension, and hardware for defects.
• Appearance: verify clean finish, correct symmetry, proper labeling, and accurate component placement.
• Confirm each unit matches its correct specification and component set.
• Tag and document non-conforming items and flag recurring issues to production.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and a clean, organized station.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail — you notice what others miss.
• A quick learner who can pick up new products and standards and apply them consistently.
• Dependable, with strong personal accountability for your work.
• Good near vision and an eye for color, alignment, and finish.
• Comfortable with focused, hands-on work at an inspection station.
• Able to follow written and verbal specifications closely.
• Prior QC, inspection, sewing, or manufacturing experience is a plus — the right detail-oriented candidate will be trained.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
