Conduct inspection of finished products, from job completion stage to final dispatch, ensuring the ready stock is maintained well and products are dispatched with 100% conformance to agreed specification and configuration
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct final inspection as per the inspection checklist for relevant product to make sure that we do not have any non-conformity
- Report and record any deviations and ensure re-inspections until product conform to specification to ensure zero non conformities are delivered from a section to another
- Seek assistance from the configuration team and quality management and/or the safety specialist when required in conducting such inspections to ensure a smooth processing of statement of work
- Conduct pre-shipment inspections and report/record any damages, non-conformances in order not to start with any material/ item which is non in line with the configuration
- Obtain QC approvals on completed inspection & ensure release of rectified products to logistics team based on approved inspection reports/check-lists to control the process according to the given configuration
- Assist logistics team in loading and unloading when necessary in line with the configuration requirement
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Head that is related to QC inspections
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Welding)
- Knowledge: Knowledge in quality and process
- Technical Skills: PC skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential
- Experience: Minimum two years hands on experience in production
