Quality Control Lab Technician

Position:

As a Quality Control Lab Technician at our fast-paced beverage manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. You will be responsible for performing various tests and inspections throughout the production process to maintain consistency and safety. This role demands attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using a variety of analytical techniques and equipment (e.g., pH meters, colorimeters, titrators).

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Document and report deviations from specifications, taking necessary corrective actions as needed.

- Collect samples accurately and timely for analysis, ensuring representative samples are obtained.

- Perform basic microbiological testing according to industry standards and customer requirements.

- Record and maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing, analysis results, and observations, including Certificates of Analysis.

- Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment according to established procedures. Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, SOPs, and safety protocols.

- Collaborate closely with the production team and other departments to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prior experience with SAP software is a plus.
