Quality Control Lab Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform laboratory testing, inspections, and analyses to ensure products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Collect, prepare, and process samples according to established procedures.
• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor product quality and identify deviations from specifications.
• Maintain laboratory equipment through calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Assist with investigations of non-conforming products and quality issues.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or coursework in Chemistry, Biology, Laboratory Science, or a related field preferred or 3-5 years experience
• Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or quality control experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of laboratory testing methods and equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
