Job Description:

Ensure that all products are matching the full specification of Farm Frites and food legislation.
-
Supervise the various health aspects of the plant, hygiene and ensure the application of GMP system for workers.
-
Assist production in the development of better programs for the operation to get the product to the highest degree of quality.
-
Supervise on the cleaning and sanitation of Packaging and production line and ensure the efficiency of the implemented program of sanitation (degree of hygiene - the amount of the chemicals used, and concentrations required) and follow-up results.
-
Take Swabs from the manufacturing line after sanitation process and periodic analysis before operating the line in external laboratories (Microbiology) to ensure the efficiency of the sanitation process as planned.

Sampling of the finished product and raw materials and the municipal water for analysis in external laboratories (Microbiology - toxins - heavy metals - pesticide residues) according to the plan and what is emerging.

Take randomly swabs from the hands of the workers before entering to manufacturing or packaging area to ensure the implementation of health requirements as planned.

Coordinating with the ministry of health on periodic sampling and follow-up results.

Coordinating with the different governmental entities (Ministry of Supply - Ministry of Health - Ministry of Industry - standardization of Egypt - committee of Branding and balances - .... etc.).

Sampling of the competing companies' products every three months and evaluate these samples illustrating positive and negative aspects as a report.

Implementation of programs that identify the best way to fight insects and spraying rules as well as the rules of fighting rats and rodents.

Supervise on the follow up after-sales service through Filed Service and Customer Training.
-
Coordinating with the sales departments both local and export in the development of specifications for products and work on its implementation.
-
Full coordination with the sales departments, whether local or export and meet their needs and provide technical support.
-
Do the daily processing TASTE PANEL for managers (samples taken over the past 24 hours) and record the results.
-
Provide a detailed report regarding the TASTE PANEL during the past 24 hours about the quality of the product through inspection reports and observations of QC tech.
-
Assess the four shifts in ' TASTE PANEL and in calibration in the case of a difference in the evaluation between the shifts and managers.
-
Daily preparation of blocked products even if it’s pallets or bulks in the taste panel and write a case report to inform the concerned departments (production-storage-quality-packaging or/and planning).

Follow up the decisions taken regarding the blocked products with the concerned departments and present weekly and monthly reports.
-
Follow up the cold stores in the matters of order, temperature and cleanliness and firsthand disposal of any open poly and cartons.
-
Respond to customer complaints within 48 hours of receiving them.
-
Taking corrective actions in case of valid complaints in coordination with concerned departments and follow up the case.

Implement quality and environmental system according to international standards ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, OHSAS 18001, HACCP
Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree (Agriculture - Science – Pharmacy) at least a good degree graduate.
-
Experience of 4 to 6 years in the field of food.
-
Experience in the field of food industries Food Safety - GMP-HACCP-ISO9001/14001 - TQM-BRC.
