Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager will oversee all quality assurance and food safety operations to ensure compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications across procurement, processing, storage, and export.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS, GMP) and ensure proper documentation and traceability.
  • Ensure compliance with international export regulations and coordinate inspections, certifications, and audits.
  • Supervise raw material inspection, in-process quality checks, laboratory testing, and cold chain management.
  • Oversee hygiene, sanitation, and food safety training across facilities.
  • Handle customer complaints, corrective actions, and represent the company during buyer and third-party audits.
  • Lead and manage QC and laboratory teams, driving continuous improvement in quality standards.

Requirements

  • BS / MSc in Food Science, Fisheries, Marine Biology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in seafood processing or food export quality control.
  • Knowledge of international seafood export standards and food safety systems HACCP / ISO / BRCGS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
