Promotes a Leading Safety Culture and works alongside Field Management team to ensure onsite personnel follow safety, health, and environmental quality standards for the project.
Works alongside Project Team to manage quality control plan for projects, subcontractors, suppliers, and building officials to meet construction deadlines, architectural requirements, building codes and client expectations.
Assist in development of a site-specific quality plan which ensures that all contractual requirements are carried out in conformance to contract documents and applicable standards.
Provides effective communication with detailed planning, organization, and technical skills.
Promotes an atmosphere of teamwork working alongside the Field and Project Management team to implement the quality control plan and coordinate assigned construction projects within the organization
Promotes an atmosphere of teamwork to ensure a successful project outcome with client satisfaction as the main priority
Perform and document the three phases of control, final inspection, and closeout to ensure a successful project outcome.
Assist Field Management team with all project Preparatory Meetings with subcontractors and vendors to implement quality control procedures.
Assist and participate in weekly subcontractor meetings led by Field Management team
Participate in community-based organizations and associations to enhance AnderCorp image
Actively participate in personal development and training for “Best Practices” in the Construction Industry
Visually inspect materials received on site for proper documentation, completeness, and condition
Observe and coordinate all required tests and inspections to verify they are in compliance with the contract requirements and maintain accurate records of inspections and tests.
Ensure the proper documentation and corrective action of all deficiencies in materials and workmanship is done in a timely manner.

Assists with timely review and accurate issuance of project submittals
Assists with project RFI’s in collaboration with project team
Assists with creating and maintaining punch list logs in collaboration with Field Management team
Assists with the closeout and warranty documentation and turnover to the client
Conducts regular project walks/inspections and advises project team of findings

Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field required
