The Design Oasis is hiring a Quality Control Manager to lead and oversee the inspection, testing, and readiness of our audiovisual equipment across rentals, sales, and warehouse operations. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards. ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all equipment meets company standards before it goes out and after it returns. You’ll oversee quality checks, equipment condition reporting, testing procedures, and inventory accuracy to help maintain a reliable, efficient, and professional operation.

This role also includes managing and supporting a quality control team, helping to maintain accountability, consistency, and efficiency across daily warehouse workflows. You’ll play a key role in protecting the quality of our gear, minimizing issues in the field, and supporting both warehouse and production teams with consistent equipment readiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the quality control team, setting expectations and maintaining workflow standards
• Inspect, test, and verify AV equipment before outbound delivery or pickup
• Evaluate returned gear for damage, functionality, and completeness
• Maintain quality control procedures for rentals, sales, and cross-rental inventory
• Track repair needs and ensure equipment is properly flagged for service
• Help maintain organized, accurate, and QC-ready warehouse inventory
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure equipment is fully prepped and event-ready
• Identify recurring equipment issues and help improve internal quality standards and processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience leading or supervising a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
• Experience working with AV equipment, warehouse operations, or rental inventory preferred
• English and Spanish proficiency preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
