• Attending daily morning meeting & sharing defects information with team. Need to Visit Vendor Place for MAchine FAT.
• Form Testing Machine 5S & Check Sheet.
• First Part Approval Inspection.
• Model Change Inspection & Model Change Sheet.
• Line Audit Inspection & Line Audit Sheet.
• Monthly Layout Inspection.
• Accuracy Assessment report.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:-

• Roundness tester m/c
• Roughness tester m/c ,
• Microscope Contour tester
• Coordinate measuring machine operating.
• Vernier calliper, Micrometre, Slip gauge, Mill mess, Pneumatic gauge, Dead centre
• Good Knowledge of GD & T Parameters.
• Good Knowledge of Visual Defects.
• Good Knowledge of Quality Checking Instrument
• Good Knowledge of Form Testing Machine.
• Good Knowledge of CMM & Microscope
• Good Knowledge of SPC, 7QC TOOLS, Poisson Test.
• Basic Knowledge of Instrument Calibration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,984.53 per month
