Quality Control Microbiologist

Looking for Full-Time Position -Shift is Mon-Fri, 8:00-4:30. New graduates welcome-will train-need Bachelors in Microbiology or equivalent. This is a busy micro lab, so multi-tasking and ability to organize and work efficiently is a must. Will be doing microbiology testing on food, Nutraceuticals, and water samples. Ability to perform streaking of plates, transferring of cultures, etc needed. Opportunity to learn other parts of the lab. Writing and editing of SOPS and ISO knowledge helpful, but not necessary. Salary is $19-24/hour to start. This is not a graduate or research position, this is an ENTRY level position. Ability to move to area-or willing to commute. Substantial raises are given as experience increases, and cross-training in other departments occurs. Full Benefits package available after completed probationary period for Full-time employees. Must be able to complete a background check. This is not a graduate (Masters/Phd) position, this is an entry level bench position, and the pay is compensatory for that type of position.
