Job Opening: Quality Control Executive – Zoom Class Transcription Review (Work From Home)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Quality Control Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing Zoom class transcriptions to ensure no personal data is exchanged between students and teachers and that all information remains confidential and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze transcriptions of recorded Zoom classes.
• Ensure no personal contact details (phone numbers, email IDs, social media, etc.) are exchanged between students and tutors.
• Identify and flag any policy violations or suspicious interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of reviewed sessions and findings.
• Report violations immediately to the operations team.
• Help enforce company policies related to data protection and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks.
• Strong English comprehension and listening skills.
• Prior experience in transcription review, quality control, or compliance monitoring (preferred).
• Understanding of data privacy and online communication etiquette.
• Familiarity with Zoom and transcription tools is a plus.
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
• Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
