Quality Control (QC)

Position: Quality Controller - Factory
Company: Founded in 1968, Al Bassam International Factories L.L.C. has mounted a leading position in manufacturing Polyethylene, Fiberglass & GRP products.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all inspections and testing related to polyethylene tanks, GRP tanks, fiberglass tanks, road barriers, and all manufacturing products in the Factory.
• Develop and implement quality control and inspection procedures.
• Identify product nonconformities, raise nonconformity reports, and follow up on rectification and corrective actions.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports, ensuring full compliance with the organization's document control procedures.
• Support the team's overall objectives as a collaborative member.
• Report regularly to higher officials, participate in effective discussions, and assist in planning and organizing operations.
• Check the quality of incoming and outgoing materials or products for the company.
• Identify product defects, record and report issues, and make necessary repairs.
• Perform other related tasks as instructed by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or a related field.
• Available to work in the UAE.

Salary: to be decided during the interview.
