Al Thuraya Food Industries – Quality Control (QC) Assistant

Al Thuraya Food Industries is a food manufacturing company producing frozen and ready-to-eat products under strict HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety standards.

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Assistant to help ensure all food products meet quality, hygiene, and safety requirements.

What You’ll Do?

• Inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished products
• Monitor production processes and food safety checkpoints
• Check hygiene and sanitation standards in the factory
• Record quality checks, temperatures, and inspection reports
• Report defects or safety issues to supervisors
• Assist with product testing and sample collection
• Verify labeling, expiry dates, and packaging quality
• Support audits and food safety inspections

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in food production is an advantage

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
