Position Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Specialist to oversee inspection and quality assurance processes in our automotive workshop. The QC Specialist will ensure all repair, maintenance, and bodywork services meet company standards and customer expectations before vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Inspect vehicles after mechanical, electrical, body, and paint work to ensure top-quality standards Identify defects, incomplete work, or deviations from company and manufacturer guidelines Work closely with mechanics, electricians, painters, and other technicians to resolve quality issues Maintain detailed inspection records and generate quality reports Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workshop procedures Provide feedback to improve repair processes and reduce repeat issues Conduct final checks before delivery to customers Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive quality control, inspection, or related roles Strong technical knowledge of luxury and high-performance vehicles (e.g., Mercedes, Range Rover, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini) Familiarity with workshop standards, quality assurance processes, and inspection tools Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus UAE driving license preferred
