The Quality Control Specialist will report to the Production Manager.

Job Overview

Grown Rogue Gardens is currently looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team.

The Quality Control Specialist’s main purpose is to ensure the curing, trimmed and packaged product meets Grown Rogue's standards. The position will properly separate the trimmed product for A’s, B’s and Trim while also grading each trimmer. The QCS will also do all the machine trimming of the Bs. Communication with the trim and post-harvest manager is crucial to make sure we keep up with the grow schedule and keeping the trimmers up to our standards. The Curing portion of this position includes burping all the products according to the Grown Rogue SOPs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Properly sort and grade trimmed product following established SOP’s
• Analyze trimmer performance. Perform monthly Audits of per trimmer ratio and performance.
• Works with the Sun Grown Production Managers to stay on schedule.
• Machine Trimming.
• Prepare the Yeti Pre roll material for testing.
• Train PH Production QC techs
• Assist in the drying and curing of the SG harvest.
• Can include weighing products for testing.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Burp and fluff flower in the cure room according to harvest schedule for the process of curing marijuana.
• Analyzes product to ensure its quality of curing
