Role Overview: Quality Control Supervisor

We are hiring a Quality Control Supervisor to ensure high production standards across carpentry, painting, branding, furniture, and onsite installation for upcoming projects.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires strong attention to detail in both workshop and onsite environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect all fabricated items (carpentry, furniture, structures, branding) before dispatch
• Ensure materials, finishes, painting, and assembly meet MaSs Production standards
• Monitor quality during installation at venues and ensure compliance with client requirements
• Verify measurements, alignment, and finishing during build-up
• Report defects, rework requirements, and quality deviations immediately
• Coordinate with the Production Manager, workshop teams, and onsite supervisors
• Ensure proper handling, packaging, and transportation of items to reduce damage
• Maintain daily QC checklists and submit progress updates
• Assist with final snagging before client handover
• Ensure adherence to basic HSE guidelines during QC inspections

Requirements

• 2–5 years of QC experience in exhibitions, events, carpentry, fit-out, or fabrication
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishing standards, and installation quality
• Ability to spot defects quickly and enforce corrective actions
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Must be in Qatar with valid work permit
• Available to start immediately
