Quality Control Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will work inside the lab, you will ensure that all products meet strict quality standards by performing precise inspections, data collection, and analysis throughout the production process. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and ISO 9001, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties

• Conduct thorough quality inspections using tape measure, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Perform regular quality audits in accordance with ISO 13485, HACCP, CGMP, and other regulatory standards to identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and defect rates to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspection results, non-conformances, and quality reports in compliance with regulations and ISO standards.
• Support construction teams by providing real-time feedback on quality issues and collaborating on process adjustments to enhance product consistency.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) to uphold high standards of quality assurance and control across all operations.

Experience

• Proven experience working in a construction/concrete environment with a focus on quality control or quality assurance roles.
• Experience using a tape measure
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or deviations.
• Experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing corrective actions within regulated environments.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes in construction settings involving complex components or assemblies.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating across teams.
