Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician with sterile processing experience to ensure instrument cleanliness, proper assembly, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments
• Follow ANSI/AAMI standards, IFUs, SOPs, and internal procedures
• Inspect instruments for defects and ensure accurate tray assembly and packaging
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, washer disinfectors)
• Document sterilization cycles, track instruments, and report issues
• Manage inventory and maintain organized, compliant work areas
• Support team communication, workflow improvements, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sterile processing experience
• CRCST or CIS certification required
• Knowledge of sterilization, infection control, and surgical instruments
• Experience with sterilization equipment and tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
