Quality Controller

We are seeking a Quality Controller with strong experience in hydraulic systems and in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Quality Management Systems. The candidate will be responsible for quality assurance and control across all stages of production and service, ensuring compliance with international standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished hydraulic products (e.g., cylinders, pumps, valves, power packs).

• Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and client specifications.

• Maintain and manage documentation related to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).

• Monitor implementation of quality control procedures and assist in audits and management reviews.

• Identify, report, and track non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions (NCRs, CAPAs).

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality issues and implementing solutions.

• Conduct internal audits and assist in preparing for external audits (certification/surveillance).

• Collaborate with the production, procurement, and HSE departments to ensure integrated compliance with ISO standards.

• Maintain calibration records and ensure measuring instruments are within tolerance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hydraulic or mechanical engineering industry.

• Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems and documentation.

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic components, assembly processes, and testing procedures.

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in quality control tools and software.

• Experience in preparing and managing quality documentation and audit reports.

• UAE or Gulf experience preferred.
• Good knowledge in auto-cad
