Skills Required-

• Inspect products: Perform visual and physical inspections and finished goods to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
• Conduct tests and measurements: Use tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers to measure product dimensions and perform various tests to ensure performance criteria are met.
• Read and interpret documentation: Review blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure products are manufactured according to design.
• Document and report: Record inspection results, non-conformities, and defects, and create reports to communicate findings to production teams and management.
• Monitor processes: Observe manufacturing operations to ensure they align with established quality standards and procedures.
• Recommend improvements: Suggest adjustments to production processes to improve product quality and reduce errors.
