JOB DESCRIPITION

Overview

Responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of interior fit‑out works—including joinery, cabinetry, furniture, fixtures, and finishes—according to project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect joinery, doors, panels, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, and hardware.

Check finishing works: painting, polishing, laminates, veneers, upholstery.

Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, and maintain quality documentation.

Track and close NCRs with project and production teams.

Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve issues.

Ensure materials match approved samples and specifications.

Enforce proper installation methods and safety practices.

Recommend process improvements and support quality training.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of QC experience in interior fit‑out/joinery.

Strong knowledge of materials, hardware, and finishing techniques.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.

UAE experience required.

ISO/QC documentation and snagging software knowledge is an advantage.

Salary

AED 3,000 – 4,000
