Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor food quality and hygiene standards across all outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and Kuwait Municipality regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and internal audits in kitchens and storage areas.
  • Monitor food handling, storage temperatures, and sanitation practices.
  • Prepare quality reports and corrective action plans.
  • Train staff on food safety standards and best practices.
  • Follow up on customer complaints related to food quality.
  • Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to maintain consistency and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Quality Control within F&B or restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations in Kuwait.
  • Experience in conducting audits and preparing compliance reports.
  • Good analytical and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and across multiple branches.
  • Ready to join immediately is an advantage.
