Quality Controller/AutoCAD Design

Company based in UAE manufacturing Precision Engineered parts & Rubber Moulded products.

Key Task & Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in daily quality inspections in different stage of inspection; incoming, in-process and final/outgoing inspection.
• Monitoring production and ensure the first produced quality standard maintained till the last items produced.
• Conduct in store inspections to assess the quality product at store level.
• Provide accurate and timely quality report.
• Review equipment calibration and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and on time.
• Reverse engineering of products based on customer samples and prepares the drawing as well.
• Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and process related to the Quality Management system.
• Ensure record keeping and filling is correct and consistent and that all records are following as per ISO 9001 procedures.
• Management of quality manual systems/procedures and compliances must follow.
• Work alongside in production team to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Assist in the continues growth of the quality department.

Qualification & Experience requirements

• Preferably Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or in the same field
• With at least 2 years experience working in the same field
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other engineering software’s.
• Knowledge in using wide range of measuring instruments (Digital & Analog).
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards or equivalent QMS is a plus.
