Job Description

ABCL Safety Consultants is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to support and maintain our Quality Management Systems in line with ISO/IEC 17020 requirements. Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 will be considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality documentation, audits, and compliance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System as per ISO/IEC 17020
• Support quality activities related to ISO/IEC 17025 (preferred)
• Prepare, review, and control QMS documents and records
• Coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with EIAC and other regulatory requirements
• Support accreditation assessments, surveillance audits, and closures
• Liaise with technical teams to ensure quality compliance in operations
• Monitor non-conformities and track corrective & preventive actions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Coordinator / Quality Executive
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020 is mandatory
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 is preferred
• Experience handling audits, NCRs, CAPA, and documentation
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in inspection, testing, calibration, or certification bodies
• Familiarity with EIAC, ENAS, or similar accreditation bodies
