Quality Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team. Please review the role below to determine if you are a good fit:
Job Duties:
- Test, evaluate, and determine the disposition of all parts returned under warranty.
- Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, and finished products using standard physical, mechanical, and electrical measurement tools.
- Conduct and document procedure audits, using written procedures as audit standards.
- Accurately document the results of inspections of purchased components.
- Evaluate quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform inventory transactions in NetSuite.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues and support resolution efforts.
- Develop proactive testing procedures for incoming and outgoing parts.
- Review Return Authorizations for accuracy.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate quality records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- Experience in quality control, testing, or manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of electronics
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Ability to use measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- General computer proficiency (NetSuite experience a plus)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
