Quality Engineer

Job Description – Quality Engineer (IQC)

We are looking for a **Quality Engineer (IQC)** for our **Factory at Chandiyel, Kathlal–Indore Highway, Amba Hotel, Ahmedabad–382433**. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control processes, ensuring product compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and control incoming material quality (IQC) as per defined standards.

* Support NPD (New Product Development) and conduct FPA (First Piece Approval) inspections.

* Perform burst testing and ensure product quality meets specifications.

* Handle molding quality checks and maintain process consistency.

* Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

* Ensure adherence to ISO standards and other relevant quality norms.

Qualifications:

* B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

*3+ years Experience in quality and process improvement in a manufacturing environment ( Moulding Experience must)

* Hands-on experience in molding, NPD work, FPA, and burst testing.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
