Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, standards, and documentation
• Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Perform inspections, audits, and product testing
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to resolve quality issues
• Implement statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven methods
• Support compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS9100 (as applicable)
• Prepare quality reports and metrics for management reviews.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
• 2–5+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, inspection tools, and quality systems
• Familiarity with GD&T, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, etc.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Certifications (CQE, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,184.47 - ₹55,661.55 per month
