Quality Engineer

· New Part Development activities (APQP)

· Customer Handling

· Every Customer Complaints Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.

· PPM monitoring at customer end & In-house.

· Taking action to high ppm parts at In-house.

· Monthly wise monitoring Cost of poor quality.

· Monitoring the OEE.

· Operator & Inspector Skill Evaluation.

· Periodically reviewed POKA YOKE.

· Improvement & Maintained of 5S in the factory.

· Conduct Internal Process audit & External Process audit (Supplier End).

· Conduct Safety & 5S audit on monthly basis.

· Final quality inspectors & Firewall quality Inspectors Handling.

· Onsite verification in customer end.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
