We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and being involved on the shop floor as well as in system-level quality activities.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and improve product and process quality across production
Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective actions (internal and customer issues)
Manage and follow up on nonconforming products and containment actions
Support internal audits and help maintain compliance with quality standards
Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Purchasing) to drive improvements
Track and analyze key quality metrics (scrap, rework, customer complaints, OTD impact)
Support APQP, PPAP, and new program launches
Ensure proper documentation and control of quality records
Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
Required Skills
Strong problem-solving skills (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC is a plus)
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Knowledge of quality standards, including:
ISO 9001
IATF 16949
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work both on the shop floor and in a systems/reporting role
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
1–5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing (automotive is a plus)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
